What we sell

Made-to-order silk pieces (dresses, scarves, sarongs, reversible silk bombers, opera gloves, pocket squares), leather accessories (handbags, clutches, card holders, trinket trays), atelier-printed home goods (cushions, lamp shades), and small atelier-print accessories. Compositions are designed at our Hoboken atelier; production is performed at our London atelier.

EU / UK out-of-court dispute resolution

Customers in the European Union may use the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and do not commit to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body unless required by law. UK customers retain all statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Right of withdrawal (EU / UK)

EU and UK customers ordering ready-to-ship pieces (clearly marked on the product page) have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery. Made-to-order pieces, which constitute the majority of our catalogue, are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of the Consumer Rights Directive as they are produced individually to the customer's specifications.

To exercise the right of withdrawal on an eligible ready-to-ship piece, email returns@creofleuratelier.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and intent to withdraw. Return the piece in original condition within 14 days of notice; we refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receipt.

Production transparency

Compositions are designed at our Hoboken NJ atelier. Production — reactive-dye printing on pure silk (or the appropriate substrate for non-silk products) followed by hand cutting, sewing, and finishing — is performed by professional garment workers at our London atelier. Each piece is produced individually after order. Made-to-order pieces dispatch in 4 to 6 weeks; custom-design pieces dispatch in 6 to 8 weeks.

Governing law

Unless mandatory consumer-protection law of the customer's domicile applies, these policies and any purchase are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.
