Site purpose

The Site presents and sells made-to-order silk pieces (dresses, scarves, sarongs, reversible silk bombers, opera gloves, pocket squares), leather accessories (handbags, clutches, card holders, trinket trays), and assorted small atelier-print goods. Compositions are designed at our Hoboken atelier; production is performed by professional garment workers at our London atelier.

Hosting & payment processing

The Site is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789). E-commerce is powered by Shopify (Shopify Inc., 150 Elgin Street, 8th Floor, Ottawa, ON K2P 1L4, Canada). Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and supported by Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and major card networks.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to imagery, copy, logos, original silk compositions, leather illustrations, and the visual identity of the atelier — is the property of Creo Fleur Atelier or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and related intellectual-property laws. Production transparency

Designed at our Hoboken NJ atelier; reactive-dyed and hand-finished by professional garment workers at our London atelier. See Terms of Service §8 for the detailed production-process disclosure.

To report a security issue, a content concern, a copyright complaint, or a regulatory matter, email legal@creofleuratelier.com. We respond to legitimate notices within 7 business days.

Governing law

The Site and these policies are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law of the customer's domicile applies.
