Shipping policy

Shipping — Creo Fleur Atelier

Every Creo Fleur Atelier piece is reactive-dyed onto pure silk (or printed onto our other natural-fibre substrates) and hand-finished by professional garment workers. Production is to-order; nothing is ever shipped from inventory unless explicitly marked as ready-to-ship.

Processing time

Each piece is produced individually for your order. Please allow the following processing times before dispatch:

  • Ready-to-ship items: 1–2 business days
  • Made-to-order items: 4 to 6 weeks
  • Custom / personalised orders: 6 to 8 weeks

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic shipping (United States)

  • USPS Ground Advantage (5–7 business days): $7.99
  • USPS Priority Mail (2–3 business days): $12.99
  • USPS Priority Mail Express (1–2 business days): $26.99
  • Complimentary U.S. shipping on orders over $150.

International shipping

  • USPS First-Class International (10–21 business days): $24.99
  • USPS Priority Mail International (6–10 business days): $49.99
  • USPS Priority Mail Express International (3–5 business days): $79.99
  • Complimentary international shipping on orders over $300.

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Some remote locations may have limited shipping options or extended delivery times.

Duties & taxes (international)

Import duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost. Customs will contact you directly to settle any duties owed at delivery.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your tracking has not updated within the expected delivery window, or your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, email hello@creofleuratelier.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve at no additional cost to you.

Address accuracy

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We dispatch to the address provided. Address changes can be made via hello@creofleuratelier.com within the production window; once a piece is dispatched, address changes incur a re-routing fee passed through from the carrier.
